Mr. Kircher joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) in 1991 as a Vice President in the Development Department and took on additional responsibilities to become the Chief of Development in 2002. Currently as the Senior Vice President, Development, Mr. Kircher works as a consultant with non-profit and for-profit developers to provide development assistance to facilitate all aspects of the development of new low-income housing tax credit and other types of affordable housing projects throughout the State of Ohio. He assists clients with financial structuring, underwriting and feasibility analysis, grant and application preparation, and serves as a liaison between funding sources (Federal, State, local government, banks) and other members of the development team. Projects are structured for equity investment by the Ohio Equity Fund for Housing or other corporate investors.

Prior to 1991, Mr. Kircher was employed by the Ohio Department of Development as a Housing Specialist and an Economic Development Loan Officer. In addition to his duties at OCCH, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Council for Rural Housing and Development of Ohio. He also served five years as an Ohio Conference of Community Development, Inc. board member.

He received a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a Bachelors Degree from Ohio University.
